Stucco remediation
Failing stucco systems — typically EIFS without a proper drainage plane — can trap moisture inside the wall assembly and cause hidden damage. Remediation is the full diagnosis, tear-down, and rebuild of the exterior envelope with a code-compliant drainage system.
We handle the entire scope: moisture probing, scoping with your inspector, removal of the failing system, sheathing repair, flashing detail, drainage mat, lath, three-coat stucco or EIFS rebuild, and final finish. Insurance-claim documentation provided when needed.
